Ｔype of service
We are ready to receive orders for consumables and repair parts of our deck cranes and other deck machinery.
For overseas customers, we can introduce a nearby service station in our global sales network.
We recommend the use of our genuine parts to maintain the designed performance and ensure the long service life of our deck machinery including deck cranes.
In the event of trouble, we deal with problems quickly and attentively by providing technical advice and taking other troubleshooting actions.
If it is difficult for our overseas service personnel to solve problems locally, we dispatch our own service engineers to effect repairs.
On-Board Inspections and Maintenance
At the request of any customer in trouble, we dispatch our own service engineers to any part of the world. They visit ships in trouble to conduct high-level inspections based on our many years of experience and know-how. Following completion of the inspection, we submit an inspection report together with a list of parts recommended for replacement. When carrying out pre-docking inspections, we also propose a docking plan together with a periodical maintenance plan for the future.
Replacement, Repair and Modification Work
To cater to customer requirements for replacement, repair and modification work to improve performance or prolong the service life of our deck machinery and cranes, we collaborate with our design division and come up with the most appropriate plan that meets the customer's exact needs.

Please place an order by 2 weeks before the date dispatching our engineers.
